Terms of Service

This document serves as a binding agreement between the property owner (hereby identified as “client”), and SLON, Inc. and its agents, owners, employees and subcontractors ( hereby identified as “Company”), for the execution of services in exchange for payment for residential, commercial or industrial power pressure washing services.

The services that SLON, Inc. provide to clients are subject to the following terms and company reserve the right to update the terms and conditions any time without notice. You can review the Terms and conditions anytime on our website.

Access to the Premises

Client agrees to allow Company on the property for the purposes of performing the cleaning services requested and for providing a preliminary estimate of requested services. Client accepts that there may be a change in timeframe for the completion of services due to the unforeseen events and additional visits to the property may be required. Company also reserve the right to visit the property with little or no notice to evaluate the quality of job after services have been performed.

Risks and Releases of Liability Acknowledgement

Our technicians are having all necessary environmental licenses and specially trained in safe and proper use of company’s equipment, They always take extreme precautions in making sure that our cleaning routine does not cause any harm to your property.

However, damage can still occur to any delicate surface due to poor maintenance, neglect to the property and or low-grade building materials. Routine maintenance per manufacturer’s recommendations on the home’s surfaces, should be implemented by homeowners to avoid any potential defects.

On the date of service, the company will note any pre-existing damage on the field hand checklist and take photos of noted damage. Client understands that the company has set procedures to ensure plant life around the area of cleaning is protected.

Client Responsibility on the Day of Service

1. Please keep out of the working area and ensure that no kids or pets will be playing around.
2. Clear the work areas of all items and remove all flags, doormats, vehicles, or sensitive materials from the areas being washed.
3. Access and right to use an on-site water supply if needed to complete the stated project.

Content and Media Release

Client agrees to allow Company to utilize any photos, descriptions, reviews, quotes, or videos of the property and/or the client in the context of marketing or advertising for the Company. The company will use these items described in this section without any compensation to the Client.

Payment Terms

Payment for the SLON, Inc. is due at the time of scheduling service unless alternative arrangements have been made prior and stated in the service agreement. If Client utilizes a credit card for payment, there may be a processing fee based on the credit card processor.

Agreement to Terms

By accepting an estimate, the Client agrees that all the specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You authorize SLON, Inc. to do the work as specified on the website or separate form upon consulting with a dispatcher. You release SLON, Inc. from property damage unless damage is caused by our employee’s error, negligence or misconduct.
